How do I make an appointment?
Please call our office at 905-816-9657 and the front desk will schedule your appointment. At that time you will be sent a welcome package and health questionnaire.
Does insurance cover services?
We are not covered under OHIP as this is not a medical clinic. Check with your individual health insurance for coverage of other services.
As we are not a medical clinic and our services are not medical in nature, we are unable to sign or provide any letters, forms or applications to any practitioner or organization. Thank you for your cooperation.
