What can I expect on my first visit?
If you opt for our New Client Package, your first visit will consist of an thorough intake with Dr. Krop and 5 types of screening (Food sensitivity, Supplement tolerance, Organ Health, Common Pathogen Exposure Imprints, Environmental Sensitivities), and an introductory Bicom session. You will receive tools that will help you in beginning to take charge of your health in a supportive environment. When you make your appointment you will be sent an intake form to complete and bring to your first appointment. To help us have a clear picture of your health as possible, please also bring a list of any medications, supplements, known allergies or test results of health reports previously completed. You can expect the first visit, consultation and screening, to last approximately 4 hours.
How do I make an appointment?
Please call our office at 905-816-9657 and the front desk will schedule your appointment. At that time you will be sent a welcome package and health questionnaire. Unfortunately we cannot communicate with clients via email.
What is Bicom BioResonance?
Bicom BioResonance is a gentle, non-invasive computer-controlled oscillation frequency session that stimulates the body’s natural self-healing ability. From an energy healing perspective, when these beneficial frequencies are received by the body, and when energetic imprints of stressors are balanced by the Bicom, the cells can communicate clearly again and each cell can be optimally supplied with oxygen and other nutrients; therefore the body’s ability to regulate itself is restored.

Is your office scent-free?
Yes. Some people get severe reactions from scented products – such as asthma, seizures, and migraines. For such persons, scents can even interfere with the efficacy of testing and treatment results that they are receiving at our centre.
Perfume, aftershave, scented deodorant, soaps, fabric softener, shampoo, hair products, cigarette smoke and even natural essential oils cause problems for people. Sometimes the scent lingers on clothing from a previous application.
Out of consideration for sensitive patients and staff, we appreciate your being scent-free at our office.
Do I have to stop taking my medications?
No. You are not required to stop any other health treatments you are receiving. We work to complement any other health care you are receiving.
What if I have to cancel an appointment?
No problem. Just give us 48 hours’ notice so we can then accommodate someone on our waitlist to take your spot. We will re-schedule you at your convenience.
Does insurance cover services?
We are not covered under OHIP as this is not a medical clinic. Check with your individual health insurance for coverage of other services.
As we are not a medical clinic and our services are not medical in nature, we are unable to sign or provide any letters, forms or applications to any practitioner or organization. Thank you for your cooperation.
